Crescent Seibert, PhD, BCC, ACC, is an ICF-certified executive and personal coach and retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel with over 14 years of leadership and organizational consultation experience. Utilizing additional expertise in clinical and industrial-organizational psychology, Crescent helps clients leverage their motivations, values, personality style, and strengths to make meaningful changes and reach their professional and personal goals. She is also certified in leadership assessments that can more rapidly identify strengths and potential blind spots and help create an individually-tailored plan to enhance leadership effectiveness and organizational success. Several of her career highlights include starting up three executive coaching programs, assisting with 11 personnel selection programs across the Department of Defense, and serving on the Department of the Air Force Coaching Cadre.
